Are your images Photoshopped?
The only Photoshop I use on my images is to correct exposure/white balance, and to remove the stake/pole/person holding up the balloons.
Here’s an example.

After;
What happens to the balloons after the shoot?
During the shoot the balloons are not filled with helium, so there is little risk to the balloons flying away and polluting the environment.
The balloons are kept secured with a string/fishing wire and tied to a stake or wooden pole in order to hold them up.
When finished with the balloons, if they are in good shape, I deflate them and save them for future projects. If they are damaged, or I'm in a location that it's not possible to deflate them, I pop them and properly dispose of them.
I ensure to leave nothing behind and the environment is left exactly as I found it.
